I created The Woman Within Project to help women in midlife reclaim their health, confidence, and identity — not through restrictive diets or quick fixes, but through powerful, lasting transformation from the inside out.
My approach is holistic yet deeply personal — blending nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset coaching to restore balance, reignite energy, and rebuild the confidence that allows you to feel at home in your body again.

When my wife, Stef, began her journey through perimenopause, she faced what so many women do — fluctuating hormones, low energy, and a body that no longer felt like her own. Her confidence faded, and she struggled to feel “herself.”
Through the same holistic framework I now teach — nutrition, lifestyle, mindset, and identity coaching — she rebuilt her health, restored her confidence, and found her spark again.
