Just like most normal women I’ve experienced fluctuations in my weight over the years. At my heaviest I was over 16st and felt very self-conscious and had no body confidence. I used to put weight fluctuations down to things that I couldn’t control and just accepted that this was a normal cycle in life where my weight spun out of control & there was nothing I could do about it. I used to make up excuses such as I don't have time to exercise and I believed that most of my weight problem was down to over eating and when I was stressed it was a normal way of dealing with it.
What I can now tell you is that I have completely transformed my mindset, I’ve found a lifestyle & healthy eating plan that works for me and that maintains the correct balance between eating well and still letting my hair down and I've also found a workout plan that I can fit into my busy lifestyle. The whole plan leaves me feeling energised and I absolutely love the structured workouts that are designed specifically for me as they have helped me achieve fitness goals which I could have never thought possible.
